International Program Students

Upon your arrival, please come to Residence A to:

- Obtain your student card (essential for accessing your residence, course buildings, and INSA restaurants) and retrieve your computer account.
- Collect your room key.

1- You can collect your student card and IT account: dates 2025 to be confirmed. 
2- You can collect your room keys: dates 2025 to be confirmed.

No key collection is scheduled on weekends.

Exchange and Double Degree Students

Upon your arrival, please come to Residence E to:

- Obtain your student card (essential for accessing your residence, course buildings, and INSA restaurants) and retrieve your computer account.
- Collect your room key.

1- You can collect your student card and IT account: dates 2025 to be confirmed.
2- You can collect your room keys: dates 2025 to be confirmed.

Diversity Program Students

Upon your arrival, please go to the Direction Administrative de la FORmation et de l'Accompagnement de l'Élève DAFORAE, Bâtiment Camille Claudel, first floor, to meet with the first/second years manager to:

- Obtain your student card (essential for accessing your residence, course buildings, and INSA restaurants) and retrieve your computer account.
- Then proceed to the Residence Management Office to collect your keys.
