You may invite one to two people (family or external guests) accompanying you upon your arrival at INSA Lyon. To do so, simply recharge your account (via your student ID badge) with monetary funds at the recharge station located in Galilee Building, 6/8 Avenue Jean Capelle, 69100 Villeurbanne. Cost for guest meal: €5.83 excluding taxes (as of July 15, 2023). Payment can only be made by credit card.
INSA Lyon students and staff needing to recharge their account can use the recharge station inside Galilée, which will reopen on August 26th at 9:00 AM, or via pop and pay.
No payments by check or cash will be accepted at the reception (at least until September 2nd).
Restaurant reception will be closed to the public from 26/08 to 30/08 inclusive.
Accommodation at INSA Lyon during the summer school requires taking meals at the INSA restaurant. No exceptions are possible.
After the summer school and during the 2024-2025 school year:
FIMI students staying in accommodation will automatically be enrolled in the 5/7 freedom package with breakfast starting from their accommodation date.
FIMI students not staying at INSA, as well as other students (from the 3rd to 5th year and those in exchange or double degree programs), can register online at https://inkk-restaurants.insa-lyon.fr/.
The package selection campaign will run from July 8th to September 12th, 2024.
Important: The package will only activate 24 hours after the student's registered choice. Therefore, we advise selecting the start date of your package as early as possible.
